Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve various technical issues related to our services and products.
- Communicate clearly with customers, offering solutions and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the support database.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure optimal service delivery and share best practices.
- Continually update knowledge of products and industry changes to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a benefit.
- Experience in customer support or a technical support environment is preferred.
