As a Portuguese Speaking Technical Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with tailored support and expert guidance on our products. Your role will be essential in ensuring clients maximize their usage of our solutions, ultimately enhancing their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, efficiently addressing their inquiries and challenges
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless integration experience
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to help clients effectively utilize our products
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential technical issues faced by clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product enhancements
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, maintaining strong relationships through proactive follow-ups
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to offer informed recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with software solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on client engagement
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is a plus
