In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch technical support and guidance. Your ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and provide tailored solutions will be key to driving client satisfaction and success with our products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, delivering expert support and solutions.
- Identify and understand client needs to propose customized technical solutions that align with their goals.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients and ensure successful deployment of our services.
- Regularly monitor and assess client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Conduct routine meetings to assess account health, gather feedback, and discuss future product needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a bonus.
- Prior experience in technical account management, customer success, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology and SaaS solutions with the ability to convey their value to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem resolution.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software and account management tools is desirable.
