Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and how to use them effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required, along with a working knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM tools is beneficial.
