As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving a variety of technical issues. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Tier 1 support to Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance about product features to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer support software is beneficial.
