Responsibilities
- Provide support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information about travel options, accommodations, and personalized itineraries.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings.
- Stay informed about travel trends and service offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality customer service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
