Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to VIP Portuguese-speaking customers across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Craft tailored solutions and recommendations based on the specific needs of each VIP customer.
- Accurately document customer interactions and service outcomes in our support platform.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate a seamless experience for VIP customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service enhancements to provide effective assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, specifically with VIP clients, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing customer satisfaction.
- A proactive, friendly attitude, along with the ability to work independently.
