Joining: Up to 3 months NP

Mandatory skills:

1. Platform Admin work in Microsoft Power
2. .NET coding and Power shell scripts
3. 8+ yrs of experience min

Details:

1. Allocation & revocation of MS PAD licenses
2. Bot Configuration Manager (BCM) Portal (Backend SQL Server) related support

§ Provisioning Bot ID access to BCM

§ Execute SQL queries to add/delete/ update records in SQL DB

§ Archival of SQL DB

1. Allocation & revocation of O365 package licenses
2. Disaster Recovery ( eg. If BCM SQL DB is down)
3. Ownership for coordination with Microsoft for Support tickets (Weekly once call with MS)
4. Server & Services (PAD service) monitoring - via Power Shell automated scripts
5. Coordinate with respective teams for Infra issues (SharePoint, One drive, VDI, Space issues)
6. MS PAD Admin Portal related support

§ Provisioning of Bot log to users

§ Provisioning of PAD Licenses

§ License Capacity utilization view
