Requirements
What You’ll Do
First 90 Days
● Deep-dive into our multimodal stack (OpenAI/Claude, custom SLMs, Azure Video Indexer, Pinecone, LangGraph)
● Ship v2 of our SKU-specific “video + text” agent (latency < 500ms, zero hallucinations)
● Productionize auto-evaluation & brand safety guardrails (sentiment, toxicity, etc.)
● Prototype voice and XR modalities, and experiment with on-device inference
Next 6–12 Months
● Launch real-time geo-optimization for product recommendations
● Lead design of an Agent Marketplace: plug-and-play warranty, finance, upsell agents
● Harden infrastructure to handle 10M+ monthly interactions across Fortune 500 sites
Long-Term
● Build and mentor an elite AI/ML/systems team
● Architect the foundation for self-serve onboarding, global content delivery, and AI personalization at scale
You Might Be a Fit If You:
● Have 5–10+ years experience shipping production-scale systems
● Have built and deployed deep learning pipelines end-to-eand: data → training → safety → serving
● Are hands-on with multimodal AI (vision, video, speech), RAG, and agent orchestration
● Work fluently with Python, Go, and/or TypeScript—and can debug distributed systems at 2 a.m. if needed
● Thrive in zero-to-one chaos: sketch ideas, hack quick MVPs, talk to customers, iterate fast
