Principal Electrical Engineer

The opportunity:

Randstad has partnered with an up & coming Engineering firm to expand their Management team with a Principal Electrical Engineer- Primary OR Seconday Systems. With their founders and Engineering Leaders all having over 25 years of experience in the AUS market, they have created an exciting and strong pipeline of projects and partnerships on HV infrastructure projects and renewable energy (BESS, Solar & Wind).

As a Principal Electrical Engineer:

You will get to work with highly qualified and respected Engineering managers and work for a company with an incredible reputation and respect in the Engineering industry in HV & Renewables space. Working on Tier 1 projects with large EPC's and working on HV Substations and Renewable Energy Projects across Australia (Wind, Solar, BESS).

Experience and Requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of leadership experience on HV design projects
• Expertise in AUS Standards and Project Experience
• Expert in substation & HV infra projects, with experience in renewables (solar, wind, BESS)
• Ability to lead the engineering design, timelines, budgets, etc.
