Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Mortgage Loan and Consumer Lending. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze data ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor process performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process-related tasks.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys processes and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have experience in Mortgage Loan and Consumer Lending is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process issues.
