Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Mortgage Loan and Consumer Lending. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a day shift without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze data ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to support operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor process performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members on process-related tasks.
- Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys processes and procedures.
Qualifications

- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Have experience in Mortgage Loan and Consumer Lending is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
