Procurement & Material Demand Planning Executive

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to forecast demand accurately.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to align material needs with scheduling and capacity planning.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports on purchasing performance and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement and material demand planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
