  • Validate supplier information (e.g. company details, tax codes, bank accounts).

  • Maintain accurate parent-child company hierarchy records.

  • Conduct sanctions, credit, and compliance checks, escalating risks as appropriate.

Supplier Enablement & Support

  • Promote supplier self-service through the CSP, providing training and guidance.

  • Drive adoption of electronic invoicing (PO flip) to increase automation and touchless processing.

  • Maintain and update enablement materials, including guides, FAQs, and process maps.

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Safeguard the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of supplier master data.

  • Monitor data quality via regular audits, correcting discrepancies promptly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all supplier platforms.

  • Record and maintain supplier risk data, including ESG, compliance, and performance indicators.

  • Uphold governance and apply procurement policies consistently.

Supplier Communication & Engagement

  • Manage centralised communications with suppliers to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Act as first-line escalation for supplier queries.

  • Promote awareness of Deliveroo’s procurement and compliance requirements.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide cross-team support within Procurement Operations as priorities shift.

  • Investigate and resolve (or escalate) integration failures.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across supplier onboarding, enablement, and P2P.

  • Partner with Category Teams, Finance, and Risk & Compliance to ensure readiness and smooth onboarding.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years in procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier management, or related function.

  • Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding, master data management, and P2P systems (Coupa preferred).

  • Experience with compliance checks (sanctions, credit, tax, ethics).

  • Meticulous attention to detail in data validation and entry.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including supplier training.

  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to resolve supplier issues effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience in a Procurement Centre of Excellence or Shared Services environment.

  • Competence in analysing and summarising large datasets.

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. Modern Slavery, Anti-Bribery & Corruption).

  • Familiarity with digital procurement trends and supplier enablement practices.
