Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the necessary regulatory compliance and quality standards in the diverse markets we operate.

The Product Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage compliance of our payment software solutions with PA DSS security requirements and card association mandates.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of payment security standards and their applications across product lines.
  • Coordinate PA-DSS validation efforts, working with cross-functional teams to achieve and maintain certifications.
  • Serve as the technical liaison with international card associations.
  • Track, analyze, and document security mandates. Communicate changes and requirements to product and client teams.
  • Lead client communications regarding upcoming or changing compliance mandates and software certifications.
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation for management and auditors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards relevant to the financial technology industry.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Financial Transaction processing systems.
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of payment processing.
  • Experience working with software developers.
