    • Early prototyping and ideation
    • Gathering internal & external feedback
    • Iterating based on feedback and preparing designs for production
    • Overseeing implementation and QA
    • Observing how features are used post-launch and identifying opportunities to refine them
  • You'll also support other teams with a variety of design needs, such as:
    • Designing concepts and visual assets for forecasting tournaments
    • Help Programs and Sales teams create engaging presentations and reports
    • Building out landing pages and custom user flows for tournaments and initiatives

Location

This is a remote contract position, offering flexible hours. We welcome applicants from various time zones, with a preference for candidates able to align with our existing team’s availability (GMT-8 to GMT+2).

Compensation

$40-80 USD per hour, with rates of up to $100 per hour considered for exceptional candidates.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design
  • Strong command of modern design tools and workflows
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude - you're comfortable owning projects end to end
  • Experience with data visualization and an understanding of how to present complex information clearly
  • Clear, effective communication skills (both written and spoken English)

Bonuses

  • Keen interest or background in forecasting, statistics, or related fields
  • Experience with frontend development, "vibe-coding," or no-code platforms to build prototypes
  • Experience creating cross-platform workflows using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, HubSpot, or similar — not just for automation, but to solve real product or operational challenges
  • Comfort with fast-paced, async remote work environments
