About the role

A Product Manager Acts as a proxy between Client and offshore to Communicate requirements and provide supporting detail regarding product high level user stories and specific sub stories with appropriate documentation to offshore Development and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

· Understand the current and intended end to end customer experience.

· Work cross functionally with onshore.

· Product Managers Development and QA to launch products and enhancements.

· Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders.

· Identify and optimize process improvements between onshore and offshore teams.

· Experience in developing Web based products.

Work model: Onsite

What you need to have to be considered

· 8+ years of experience in product management

· Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

· Experience in web-based product development

· Background in the telecommunications domain

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

These will help you stand out

o CSPO- Certified Scrum Product Owner

o Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent Scrum/Agile certifications

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120.500 - $142.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
