About the role
Join our team as a Product Experience Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in UX consulting and design systems to enhance our product offerings. With a focus on cards and payments you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact our global customer base.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of user experiences that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide UX consulting to internal teams, promoting best practices in user-centered design.
- Engage in product design initiatives focused on enhancing user experiences, particularly in cards and payments.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of scalable, adaptable design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Apply visual branding techniques and design fundamentals to strengthen brand identity and create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct information architecture and interaction design to optimize user navigation and overall experience.
- Utilize Figma and Adobe XD to develop interactive prototypes and reusable design patterns.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and recommend actionable improvements.
Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Pittsburgh - PA USA. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $98.500 - $115.500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
