Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with business planning, incentive design, building compensation metrics, business performance dashboards and seller payouts.
  • Experience in collaborating with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy teams to understand priorities.
  • Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The team works with business counterparts to help Cloud go to market. Our team is responsible for various systems that help in business planning, incentive design, building compensation metrics, business performance dashboards and sellers payouts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy teams to understand priorities. Partner with incentive designers to translate these strategies into compensation metrics.
  • Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and platform capabilities that allow compensation designers to prototype, test, configure, and deploy new incentive metrics. Focus on maximizing flexibility and minimizing time-to-market.
  • Own the development, implementation, and improvement of an enterprise-grade product or system that calculates seller-influenced bookings, business growth and other performance indicators used for compensation.
  • Drive improvements to existing compensation metric calculation processes and systems, enhancing their reliability, configurability, scalability, and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
  • Utilize Google's internal analytics infrastructure and explore Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) applications to accelerate the development, testing, and validation lifecycle for new compensation metrics.
