As a member of the product marketing team at UiPath, you will take the helm in supporting the evolution of our platform and technical messaging and positioning in the new agentic automation era. This role is for an inspiring player/coach, who is keen on inventing and driving our platform vision forward in an ever-evolving automation and AI landscape. Here, your technical expertise and your experience in platform marketing will be guiding forces in crafting marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and content that resonate with our customer base, paving the way for a future solidified in efficient automation.
The successful candidate is a self-starter, passionate about evolving businesses in new categories, technical on automation’s and AI’s intricacies, and has proven experience in leading and collaborating with globally distributed teams in delivering high quality messaging and positioning. You will work in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with multiple teams to define strategies and content (internal and external) across all stages of product development, and through different marketing channels. You will be proactive, programmatic, data-driven, optimize for what drives successful product launches and customer deal closing, and continuously refine the impact of your product marketing plans.
Lead, mentor, coach, and guide a team of 2–4 product marketing managers to deliver exceptional work and grow their impact.
Define and drive UiPath’s platform vision, messaging, and positioning in the era of agentic automation.
Lead the development of clear, compelling technical content and sales assets that articulate our platform value.
Partner with product management, engineering, and field teams to craft go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
Enable sales and field teams with technical narratives that accelerate deal cycles and drive adoption.
Build and mentor a team of product marketers, setting best practices and raising the bar on technical storytelling.
Use market, customer, and competitive insights to continually refine messaging, positioning, and content effectiveness.
Collaborate across the marketing organization to ensure consistent, platform-centric narratives across all channels.
Education background in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years in B2B marketing, consulting, or product development, ideally in technical product marketing roles.
Strong technical knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
Native or near-native English fluency and outstanding communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and business audiences at every stage of the buying journey.
Experience building compelling sales collateral and providing high-quality feedback to elevate content across teams.
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, channels, partners, and product/engineering teams.
Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
