Benamic is entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of an innovative SaaS solution. We're looking for a talented Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us drive the success of our products in a competitive digital landscape.

As one, you’ll focus on crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience. Working closely with our marketing, sales, and external partners, you’ll support and help deliver campaigns across digital channels, contribute to our content efforts, and play a key role in optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll work across a broad range of digital activities with plenty of opportunity to grow your skills, including:

  • Craft clear, compelling product messaging that speaks to HR leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, updates, and product launches.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and sales enablement materials
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform positioning and product strategy.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights to support persona development and messaging refinement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create case studies, blog posts, and product-related content.
  • Partner with the sales team to support campaigns and ensure alignment between product and customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role. SaaS experience a plus.
  • Strong writing skills - comfortable crafting content for web, email, and social channels.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social and website content management.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Semrush, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with data to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
  • A proactive team player who’s open to learning, testing new ideas, and collaborating across teams.
  • Organised, curious, and motivated by results.
