About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a Product Owner in our Fintech and Human Resource software division, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business strategy and customer needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, particularly within the Fintech or HR sectors. You will be instrumental in driving the product roadmap, gathering requirements, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and communicating product updates and progress effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure that the product meets quality standards and user expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Experience with Fintech or Human Resource software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
