We are seeking a Product Owner, to join us at Greenvolt Comunidades, to spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our Energy Communities business lines, with a focus on Solar and E-Mobility. This cross-functional role combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and commercial alignment, offering a unique opportunity to shape innovative products from concept to market adoption.
- Define and manage the product roadmap across the Solar and E-Mobility domains.
- Develop commercial materials such as presentations, technical factsheets, product briefs, and sales playbooks.
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, platform, and commercial teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Ensure internal teams follow product-related processes and standards across the organization.
- Support the commercial team with tailored proposals, go-to-market strategies, and service offering design.
- Track product performance and identify data-driven opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Prepare strategic presentations and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
- Contribute to the design of new business models and user experiences that enhance customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Strategy, or related roles (preferably in energy or technology).
- Strong analytical and structured mindset.
- A “make it happen” attitude – proactive, resourceful, and resilient.
- Comfortable operating in uncertain and fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (experience with project management or product tools is a plus).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Interest in or experience with the renewable energy sector.
