About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Worker to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role for those with a strong production background who are looking to grow their skills. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the creation of durable cement pipes while contributing to a culture of safety and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate machinery for cement pipe production and monitor processes.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
Assist with equipment maintenance and perform general labouring duties.
Follow strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Contribute to a high-performing team focused on efficiency and production targets.
Pay & Benefits:
$32 - $35 per hour, plus significant overtime.
Average of 50-hour work weeks, providing excellent earning potential.
Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a Tier 1 civil client.

Skills & Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
