Production / Workshop Manager

One of the most Prominent Trading & Contracting CO in Qatar specialized in Woods is seeking a driven and experienced *Production or workshop Manager* to oversee daily operations in the Woods manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and team leadership, with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet the requirements.
• Ensure all production goals and targets are met, with adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Plan and implement cost-effective production methods and reduce waste.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material delivery complies with production needs.
• Monitor production costs and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Manage and lead production teams, promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experienced in the manufacturing industry in a similar role.
• Relevant Qualification .
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, project management, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve production processes and productivity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and critical deadlines.
• Familiarity with MDF, clipboard, Melamine.
• Technical knowledge, Panel saw or beam saw, edge banding , CNC router , hot pressing, HPL and so on.
