Job Summary
The scope of activity includes program planning execution and monitoring to achieve the desired results. Further areas of activity are communication to external and internal stakeholders and designing processes to ensure efficient and scalable operation.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for programmatic process execution
● Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list.
● Document Management and work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the staff, including approved external partners.
● Payment Process: Manage payment processes across the breadth of regional needs
● Conference & Sponsorship Management: Oversee conference sponsorships, engagements and volunteer coordination
● Alias Management: Maintain and manage external email aliases, ensuring timely communication and proper routing of inquiries and information.
● Event Support: support workshops and event logistics across the team
Required Skills/Qualifications:
● Project management experience - ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
● Track record of initiating and completing complex projects from end-to-end
● Precision and attention to detail
● Experience with Google Workspace
