Job summary
The Program Manager will oversee and manage projects within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud domain ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery. With a hybrid work model the role requires a strategic thinker with 6 to 8 years of experience in program management. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.Report and escalate to management as needed to ensure project alignment with business objectives.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise to guide teams and ensure best practices are followed.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency. QualificationsPossess a strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its application in business processes.Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.Show proficiency in using project management tools and software to track and report project progress.Display a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Certifications Required
