  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 2 years of experience in driving and executing programs across technically involved areas and across multiple functions.
  • Experience with managing analysis and programs at scale (e.g., automation using sheet scripts, etc.).

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Run ambiguous programs to achieve the Goals for Workspace and Admin Console team. 
  • Manage planning and execution across a team of SWEs.  
  • Design and run ambiguous programs within and outside the product areas boundaries.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment of work with teams across backend and partner use cases, drive alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product, UX writers, and other stakeholders.
  • Structure executive and senior leadership reviews.
