Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- CXO Dinner Program Execution (Remote – U.S. Focused)
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of CXO dinner programs across major U.S. cities.
- Manage event calendars, venue coordination, scheduling, and internal alignment.

- Identify Attendees & Decision Makers
- Conduct research to curate lists of CXOs and key decision-makers in target geographies.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc., for outreach preparation.

- City Prioritization Using Data
- Analyze sales pipeline data and external market signals to determine city prioritization.
- Recommend optimal event timelines aligned with business needs and regional trends.

- Multi-Channel Outreach & Invitation Campaigns
- Drive attendance through outreach via email, LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Ads, and other outbound tools.
- Build and refine workflows to optimize invitation conversions and RSVP rates.

- Coordination with Local Operations Teams
- Collaborate with local/on-ground teams to finalize event logistics, attendee headcounts, and operational details.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of event details as the execution date nears.

- Post-Event Enablement
- Partner with the Sales team to convert attendees into post-event meetings.
- Capture and share insights, attendee feedback, and outcomes to inform future event strategies.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, demand generation, email marketing, or campaign execution—preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology domains.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, and Sales Navigator.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in generating tailored and engaging content using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Solid project ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Comfort working across U.S. time zones in a remote setting.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and ROI.
