Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with supply chain planning.
- Experience in supply chain or data center operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related planning role.
- Experience in data analysis, including data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, and forecasting.
- Experience with demand planning, planning data center infrastructure, or capital investment decision-making.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Partner with global logistics and data center operations teams for on-time shipping and delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams overseeing Google's data centers to create both short- and long-term forecast models for infrastructure demand.
- Drive supply planning, track supply against demand, monitor supply risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with software development teams to define requirements and prioritize efforts, collaborate with partner teams to identify gaps, propose improvement recommendations, foster consensus, and facilitate enhancements to planning processes for data centers.
- Oversee timely order placement, perform supply-demand balancing, mitigate demand upsides and shortages, and influence inventory management decisions that de-risk material fulfillment.
