As a Program Manager III, Marketing Systems you will lead the strategy and implementation of the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) platform to optimize budget and marketing planning. You will be responsible for defining business needs, designing solutions, and managing the entire lifecycle from pilot to global rollout.
You will use your knowledge in web technologies, data analytics, and system integration to enhance marketer productivity, streamline marketing efforts, and enable ROI analysis. By transforming operational challenges into innovative tech solutions, you'll drive efficiency across the business. You will lead continuous improvement and the launch of new solutions, and guide initiatives from concept to deployment. This involves collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders across various teams to ensure the MRM platform's success and its impact on business goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
