Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.

In this role you will enhance RMA supply chain efficiency to achieve cost savings through increased supply speed and predictability and develop RMA supply chain strategy and accelerate reverse flow process throughout product lifecycle to maximize -R supply for spares. You will collaborate with the new product introduction (NPI) team to enable efficient production ramps and transition to innovative new technologies.
You will drive RMA automation to improve operations efficiency and enable full traceability and enable tools and processes improvements to scale the RMA supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational management of RMA processes from datacenter back to Supplier and then returns back into inventory. Define and drive operational metrics and KPI performance
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and traceability of all RMA units throughout each supply chain node
- Develop and implement RMA processes that scale to support the volume growth, new technologies/components, and with the different commodities suppliers.
- Contribute to develop both short-term and long-term systems and tools that enable RMA operational effectiveness.
