As our organization continues to evolve and grow, we find ourselves looking for a new team member to assist us in delivering a high-quality experience to every client, every time. 

Job Functions

• Organize and document Billing and Purchase orders for projects including internal, vendor and client PO’s.

• Facilitate the retrieval and completion of relevant project documents and ensure they are properly sent and uploaded to the appropriate contacts and client data bases.
• Coordinate data and document uploading in the Live Track system and assist in maintaining proper forecast dates in Live Track and client systems for project milestones.
• Assist Site Acquisition Manager and Project Manager in vendor management and procurement of services (request POR's route services, upload to databases).
• Submit and manage new power applications with utility companies.

Additional Job Functions

• Administrative related tasks to ensure project - related processes can be completed

Pay Range  $23.50/hr.
