Project Coordinator

Randstad is currently partnering with EOS (Electro Optic Systems) on an important new role within their Project space. As part of the Project Management team, the business has a need for an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Manager. You’ll assist with project scheduling, ensuring contract requirements are being met, whilst providing advice regarding forthcoming requirements.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne’s inner-west

About the Role

• Assist with schedule development and maintenance using various Microsoft tools
• Support the preparation, maintenance and organisation of project documents
• Proactively support the completion of customer project deliverables and transactions
• Ensure all documentation is in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Assist with the co-ordination of internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries are supported and project cashflow is maintained
• Assist with the tracking and reporting of project and contract progress
• Track customer correspondence and ensure responses are provided
• Ensure a positive and productive customer relationship is maintained
• Schedule meetings and record decisions and actions

About you

You’ll have:

• A proven track record in project coordination, ideally within the defence space
• A strong collaborative working style
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory date and requirements

The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to obtain a security clearance or have a NV1 or Baseline Security Clearance.
