Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in TechnologyOne in the Higher Education sector. We are looking for someone to join our client to manage the end-to-end implementation of their new Course management/curriculum scheduling solution.

Some key responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders (including third parties and vendors) at all levels of the organisation.
• Drive a work environment of continuous review and improvement activities relating to business practices.
• Coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope, specifically for the TechnologyOne Student One System implementation.
• You will oversee all aspects of the project, accountable for setting deadlines.
• The preparation of reports for upper management regarding project status.

To succeed in this position you will have:

• Experience with TechnologyOne Student One System, particularly with Course management/curriculum scheduling solutions.
• Agile project management, PMBOK or relevant Project Management qualifications.
• Experience managing a range of projects of diverse size, scale and complexity.
• Strong documentation skills.
• The ability to drive process and procedure with project teams.

Flexible work arrangements: 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home.
