The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.

About the role:

You will be responsible for the overall success of an exciting defence project, from initiation to closure. This includes leading cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project milestones and quality standards. To support this program, EOS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to identify and mitigate risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure compliance with relevant defence industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop project deliverables;
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Develop and review project risk, budget and execution strategies
• Prepare a precise Integrated Project Management Plan in accordance with project specifications to plan key project milestones, work streams, and activities.
• Manage all resources involved in the completion of the project to ensure budgets and costings are achieved in an efficient manner
• Develop innovative solutions, procedures and systems in order to achieve efficient and sustainable work outcomes

About You:

• You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects.
• You are passionate about leading multidisciplinary teams, navigating intricate project lifecycles, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Your ability to identify and mitigate risks, coupled with your commitment to quality and regulatory compliance, makes you an invaluable asset in the defence sector.
• Ability to work 5 days in office.
