The Job: As the Project Manager, you will be required to manage multiple Commercial builds across the Bendigo region. Leading the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

The Job: As the Project Manager, you will be required to manage multiple Commercial builds across the Bendigo region. Leading the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Project Planning & Pre-Construction
- Project Management
- Financial & Administrative Management
- Communication & Leadership
- Demonstrative experience as a Project manager in Commercial Construction in Australia.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- A strong, friendly attitude to the construction industry
- Excellent administrative, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Aconex & CHEOPS.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
