BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various projects within our organization, helping to drive innovation and result-oriented strategies.

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met on schedule. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders while contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, tracking progress against established deadlines and deliverables.
  • Support project team members by providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are implemented to address potential obstacles.
  • Document project requirements, changes, and updates, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Contribute to project retrospectives, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
