Job Objective:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee and manage our projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating project schedules, assigning tasks to inspectors, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time, and maximizing inspector productivity. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle technical inquiries from clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

*Project Coordination & Scheduling:*

* Plan, coordinate, and schedule all inspection projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.

* Assign projects to field inspectors based on skillset, workload, and availability.

* Optimize inspector daily schedules to *maximize productivity and project output per day*.

* Track and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Resource & Productivity Management:

* Ensure inspectors have all necessary project details, documentation, and resources before field visits.

* Implement strategies to **increase the number of inspections completed per inspector per day.

* Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Communication & Technical Support:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for inspectors, clients, and internal teams regarding project progress.

* Respond to and resolve technical questions from clients and inspectors related to civil/structural elements of the projects.

* Provide guidance and support to ensure project quality standards are maintained.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

* Maintain detailed project records, schedules, and status updates.

* Prepare progress reports and communicate project milestones to management and stakeholders.

* Ensure that all deliverables meet company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

Experience:

  * 2+ years in project coordination, project management, or field inspection management (construction, civil engineering, or property inspection preferred).

  * Experience in scheduling field teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Technical Skills:

  * Understanding of civil/structural engineering concepts and inspection processes.

  * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).

  * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Soft Skills:

  * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Preferred Attributes:

* Prior experience in property inspections, construction management, or civil engineering projects.

* Ability to balance field productivity with quality and safety requirements.
