Project Manager - Tier 1 - Commercial Construction

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Australia’s leading builders, contributing to the delivery of a landmark $500M+ luxury apartment development.

The Role

• Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
• Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
• Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
• Experience delivering projects north of $100m
• Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
• Experience developing talent
• Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment (In commercial Construction)
• Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
• Strong finishes and services experience on luxury apartments highly regarded
