This role involves:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of HR projects, including system implementations and organizational changes.
Recommending improvements to HR systems, covering core HR, learning, and talent optimization.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as clients, peers, and executives.
Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Managing project budgets efficiently to optimize resources and deliver business value.
Candidates should be proactive, experienced Project Managers with a passion for both people and technology. Key qualifications include:
A degree in IT, Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
Over five years of experience managing HR tech implementations and system development (Workday experience is a plus).
Experience with external system procurement, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
