Role Definition
This role focuses on driving the digitalization and intelligent upgrading of manufacturing facilities. As a core member of the factory’s digital transformation team, the incumbent will bridge technical expertise with manufacturing business needs, responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing digital systems and solutions to enhance production efficiency, quality control, and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities
1. Digital Planning and Architecture Design
Develop factory digital transformation strategies and overall architecture, design integration solutions for systems such as MES or SAP ME, and achieve full collection and real-time transmission of equipment data.

2. System Development and Implementation:
Lead the development, testing, and launch of factory digital systems, including but not limited to modules for production management, quality control, and supply chain management. Ensure system functions meet business needs with stable and reliable performance.

3. Data Management and Analysis:
Establish a data governance system, standardize data standards and processes, conduct data mining and analysis to support production decision-making, quality control, and cost optimization. Develop predictive models to enable intelligent early warning and optimization of production processes.

4. Technical Support and Maintenance:
Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of digital systems, promptly resolve system failures and technical issues to ensure stable operation. Continuously optimize and upgrade existing systems to improve usability and efficiency.

5. Team Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to understand business needs, provide digital solutions, coordinate internal and external resources to promote smooth implementation of digital projects, and conduct system operation training and technical guidance for relevant staff.

6. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

7. Cultural Promotion and Recognition: Manage and regularly update workshop culture and recognition information.

Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above. Graduate from 985 domestic universities or internationally equivalent universities, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mathematics, or related fields. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

2. Good communication skills in English.

3. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++. Candidates with practical project development experience are preferred.

4. Basic understanding of the industrial internet and intelligent manufacturing technologies/concepts, with some knowledge of systems like MES and SAP ME.

5. Strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, able to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

6. Participation in intelligent manufacturing or digital factory-related research projects or competitions during university, with outstanding achievements, will be the bonus points.

7. Digital Skills: Familiar with Excel, Power Bi, Power Apps, etc. will be the bonus points.
