Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator

As a logistics and purchasing coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of production operations and the future growth of the business both in Australia and abroad.

the responsibilities

• purchasing a high volume of goods from suppliers on existing contracts
• raise and manage purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
• monitor stock levels to ensure the materials needed to meet production demands are available on time
• maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and logistics partners
• coordinate aspects of exports including documentation, customs and shipping

the right candidate

• proven experience in a similar logistics, purchasing, or supply chain role
• strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
• experience with raising purchase orders
• excellent organisational and communication skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
