Who we’re looking for:

 

Someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong financial acumen, and exceptional organisational skills to manage the end-to-end vehicle lease and delivery process.

 

What you’ll be doing:

·       Prepare and submit finance applications within required timeframes

·       Place vehicle orders with dealerships and proactively manage the end-to-end order pipeline

·       Ensure settlements meet all compliance requirements, including credit policies, approval conditions, and internal guidelines

·       Execute legal documentation accurately and in accordance with relevant policies and regulations

·       Manage settlement preparation and submission within specified timelines

·       Effectively prioritise and manage settlement workflows to meet deadlines

·       Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives

·       Support external audit activities as required

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s…

 

·       Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills

·       Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to consistently meet deadlines and targets

·       Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

·       Bonus points if you're familiar with leasing products (such as Novated Leases) and have experience in Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance within a financial institution
