Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive test strategy and planning for digital experiences across multiple platforms
- Lead internal test processes, including test execution, bug triage, and reporting
- Collaborate with localization teams and vendors to ensure global quality standards
- Optimize QA tools, release pipelines, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
- Track and communicate release health through dashboards and quality metrics
- Identify areas for automation and operational excellence within QA processes
Requirements
- 5+ years in a QA or Test Engineering role, ideally in large-scale digital product environments
- Strong experience with CI/CD workflows, version control, and QA automation tools
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex test scenarios across devices and systems
- Experience working with localization testing and international QA coordination
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and quality monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Backtrace)
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus
- Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working across multiple teams
