QA Manager : XStore POS(Remote)

Onsite Location : San Francisco, CA

Qualifications

10+ yrs. of QA experience in :

Xstore POS,

API , API automation,

SQL,

Test strategy , AI tools

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Leading the QE delivery for Retail POS program ( Xstore POS & Nedap)
2. Working with Client stakeholders to understand the requirement , development and deliver QE on time with due quality
3. Define Test strategy, Test plan , Test Design and Execution
4. Report the test delivery to Client and Cognizant leadership
5. Drive Innovation and expand automations
6. Share knowledge and participate on Teams Skill enablement and cross KT

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 9/29/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $71,100/- to $ 112,500/-depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
