Role and Responsibilities:
§ Analyze customers' business/technical requirements and software/product objectives; develops an application design to meet customers' needs. -
§ Codes and tests complex customer-specific solutions. -
§ Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete activities; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
§ Sees that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. Helps in establishing criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs.
§ Possible supervision of 2 - 5 people.
§ Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan.
§ Monitors and adjusts project variables as necessary throughout project.
§ Resolves issues timely and accurately and escalates as appropriate. Assists with re-forecast
§ Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques and prepares weekly status reports on all project activities.
§ Load and maintain Provider, Member, claims information into QNXT with attention to detail and accuracy in a timely manner to meet department standards of turnaround time and quality.
§ Able to understand healthcare terminology and coordinate with business team in loading the Provider, Member, Claims data
§ QNXT Front end Configuration knowledge is added benefit
§ Write SQL scripts to perform data comparisons between multiple sources and data analytics
§ Work with Client Business team in getting the requirements and the task inventory reviews
§ Coordinate with Onsite & Offshore team and monitor team deliverables and the quality on daily basis
§ Communicate with client on the deliverable planning and reporting any challenges & risks on daily basis
Required Experience:
§ HealthCare domain knowledge required
§ HealthCare Products – QNXT and CAE
§ Programming Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in .Net technologies
- Micro Services, Net, C#, SSIS, SSRS, SQL server, API
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Vision and ppt
- Exposure to cloud technologies – Azure, ADF and Kafka
- EDI knowledge – X12s – 834, 837 etc
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applicants will be accepted till 9/16/2025
The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$120K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
