Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Research, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.
Team
Global Data Quality is a centralized team with bouquet of specialized services. Team partners with multiple stakeholders across the firm to establish standardized processes and guidelines, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, reporting and insights that help colleagues in delivering excellent client services. Also, one arm of the team collaborates with the global Finance & Controlling team on various accounting processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Researching, Validating, Correcting and Maintaining People, Company and Project records in our global database – Zendai, from a Quality and Knowledge Management standpoint. Ensuring that the available information in Zendai is always accurate and up to date at all times. The team works on various Processes/Projects which are critical from the Business point of view and are directional in nature.
