Job Summary
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that materials, processes, and products meet the company’s quality standards. You will perform advanced inspections and audits, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.

What You Will Do

• Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and collect, analyze, and report non-conformance data.
• Maintain and update quality system documentation in accordance with industry standards.
• Support and participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, IMA or related field.
• Basic – Intermediate English

• Knowledge of manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure processes are compliant and aligned with best practices.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

• Proficient in RCA methodologies to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Implements sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.
  

The best candidates will also have:

• Master’s degree related to the field.
• Fluent English

Additional Information:

• Location Cienega de Flores
• This position is a six-day a week in-office model (Monday to Friday)
• This position is temporary (1 year contract only)
• Sponsorship for foreign candidates aren´t available
