AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Hygiene Manager for AYANA Komodo In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality standards and hygiene protocols are met and maintained throughout the resort.  You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of excellence and compliance with regulations, ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Performance Excellence Planning (PEP), implementation, and maintenance of the HACCP system to improve hotel performance based on GSI 
  2. Develop and implement quality and hygiene-related improvement projects aligned with the hotel's strategic direction.
  3. Monitor and ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene across all departments, including public areas, rooms, and kitchens.
  4. Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to department heads and the General Manager to support continuous improvement.
  5. Oversee the daily operations of the quality and hygiene functions, ensuring regular audits, staff training, and compliance with HACCP and internal standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Background in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM, or other quality management systems (as auditor or trainer is a plus).     
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong leadership and cross-department collaboration abilities.
