职位概述

独立正确熟练完成缸体和缸盖各项检查任务，如PDI检查、二次元检查、三坐标检查、素材来料检等。根据作业指导书判断和处理问题，配合产线分析和调查简单问题。

职位职责

1、参加标准化工作的创建,并在标准制定后严格执行。

2、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 并帮助找到解决问题的方法。

3、理解本区域的现状,积极参与到改进项目中,使本区域达到目标状态。

4、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

5、积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡 .

6、积极学习和熟练掌握检查所有岗位

7、完成区域内的安全、质量目标。

8、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的流出

9、积极配合班长及相关负责人分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

10、按要求完成5S和TPM (全员生产性维护) 工作

11、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费

12、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成组安排的其他工作

13、在职有能力培训检查员一级工，帮助他们掌握各项检查任务。
